Color Fastness Evaluation

To preserve aesthetic longevity, our fabrics undergo rigorous color fastness assessments, including dry and wet rub testing as well as exposure to simulated UV light. These tests confirm that colors remain stable, vibrant, and resistant to transfer or fading over time—a key requirement for brand consistency and customer satisfaction.

Martindale Abrasion Resistance Test

To evaluate durability, we utilize the Martindale abrasion tester—an industry-standard device that replicates prolonged wear through controlled, repetitive motion. Fabrics are required to withstand a minimum of 20,000 cycles to qualify for production. This ensures resistance to pilling, fraying, and surface deterioration, even in high-traffic commercial or hospitality settings.
