With deep experience in furniture manufacturing and export, he specializes in global supply chain management, European quality compliance, and cross-cultural partnerships, connecting China’s manufacturing strengths with European standards to help retail and brand partners build profitable dining furniture businesses.
In 2025, he further extended this mission by launching ASKT Sunbin AI — Europe’s first AI agent for the furniture industry — to help buyers and partners access faster insights, smarter product selection, and more profitable decisions.

As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ASKT, Sunbin Qi has spent 19 years focused on one category: dining chairs and tables for the European market. Under his leadership, ASKT has grown into a trusted manufacturing partner behind some of Germany’s best-selling dining chairs, combining high-volume production with the quality expectations of leading European brands.
Guided by a “data first, market first” approach, Sunbin oversees a 20-person design and R&D team, supported by 5 quality inspectors and technical engineers, and more than 200 skilled workers across partner factories. This structure allows ASKT to move quickly—typically completing new product development within 30 days and delivering samples in about 7 days—while maintaining strict European standards on safety, durability, and finish. Door-to-door support and local market insight are at the core of how he serves retail and brand partners.
In 2024, under Sunbin’s direction, ASKT sold more than 550,000 dining chairs across the German market, following months of in-depth market research and testing with local partners. This performance reflects Sunbin Qi’s ongoing commitment to helping European partners build profitable, long-term dining furniture portfolios.
In February 2025, Sunbin Qi became the first Asian executive ever to take over the front cover of Möbelmarkt, Germany’s most-read furniture trade magazine. The seven-page feature highlighted ASKT’s zero-plastic packaging, 12-stage in-house chair testing, and proven volume capacity of over 550,000 chairs shipped to Germany in 2024—giving European buyers extra confidence in working with ASKT.
In November 2025, Sunbin Qi led the launch of ASKT Sunbin AI — Europe’s First AI Agent for the Furniture Industry, bringing his experience in manufacturing and the European market into an always-on digital assistant. Designed for buyers, retailers, and brand owners, Sunbin AI helps users explore ASKT’s dining chair and table portfolio, understand market trends more quickly, and receive smarter product and assortment suggestions powered by real data and frontline industry insight.
